At RAILVIS.com, we are building the leading digital platform for the rail freight industry across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager to help manage and scale daily platform activity.
Your role:
- Connect and manage supply and demand on the platform (wagons, services, offers)
- Monitor and coordinate active requests and opportunities
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the platform
- Support smooth day-to-day operations and user experience

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Interest in logistics, rail freight, or digital platforms is a plus
